Katherine Patrick State Farm is hiring an Insurance Account Representative to grow a local sales practice among neighbors, families, and small businesses in Mount Holly, NC. You will manage the sales process from first contact to policy placement and follow-up, building lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a strong phone presence, comfortable with outreach, and willing to obtain required licenses. Base salary plus uncapped commissions and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
