Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of composition, color science and color combinations.
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design for a targeted audience.
• Able to create seamless patterns.
• Must manage timelines for projects.
• Basic Excel is a plus.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Be proactive, organized and able to multitask.
• Written and verbal communication and follow-up skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Create and present CAD decks to sales team and prepare for buyer meetings.
• Modify or revise designs to meet customer needs or production limitations.
• Understanding fabrics/materials as well as logo applications/techniques.
• Understanding how to design for a variety of budgets.
• Strong illustration skills for full design t-shirt graphics; knowledge of print techniques helpful.
• Work with overseas factories to ensure designs are production ready.
• Must be able to do trend research and apply it across the customer base.
