Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up respiratory and durable medical equipment for patients in the local community.

You will educate patients and caregivers, ensure equipment safety, perform basic troubleshooting, and complete documentation. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with on-call rotations and a focus on compassionate home-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Compliance with credentialing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment at patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for safety and function.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports.
• Possess flexible on-call availability as needed.
