Job summary

MG Mayberry Services LLC in the Greater Houston Area is seeking an experienced heavy haul driver for local year-round work hauling dozers, excavators, and support equipment on lowboy and RGN trailers. You will load, secure, and inspect loads and keep DOT logs.

This 100% local role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime in peak season, weekly pay, and benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k). Join a small crew that values safe, precise tie-downs and reliable, steady work.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required and must be in good standing.
• 3+ years hauling construction equipment on lowboy, RGN, or flatbed trailers.
• Experience with loading/securement of tracked and wheeled heavy equipment, including side-loading where needed.

Responsibilities

• Haul heavy earthwork equipment between yard and active job sites across Greater Houston.
• Load, unload, chain, strap, and secure machines on lowboy/RGN trailers and verify each load.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT logs.
• Plan routes for oversize/overweight moves when required and coordinate with the shop for maintenance.
