Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking reliable drivers for local deliveries in Richmond, VA. The role offers a stable schedule with dayshift hours, home every night, and a pay range of $26–$27 per hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing cargo, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining FMCSR safety standards. Candidates should be 21+, possess a CDL if available, and have strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid CDL preferred with HazMat endorsement.
• MVR/PSP checks with limited violations in past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries using efficient routes to meet on-time goals.
• Load and unload, secure products, and separate hazardous materials appropriately.
• Collect payments and document deliveries accurately.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSR and safety standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable daily.
• Continuously increase product knowledge and perform other duties as assigned.
