Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Local Government Relations Manager to expand our fiber network by building strong ties with local governments, utilities, and community leaders. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-support centric environment.
• Experience working with local governments, public works, utilities, or municipal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local leadership to understand objectives and resolve right-of-way, permitting, and construction issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with mayors, city council members, and county officials.
• Act as primary liaison for Network Operations on local government matters and inquiries.
• Coordinate with build teams to address issues in active areas and ensure timely project execution.
