Job summary

MFA Oil Company in the United States is seeking a Fuel & Propane Driver to safely deliver refined fuel and propane products and perform installation and maintenance tasks. The role combines DOT-regulated driving with technical service work, requiring strict safety and compliance adherence.

The position involves on-call duties, after-hours service, and extensive safety documentation, with a focus on customer service and community representation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Class A/B CDL with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within 90 days.
• Willingness to pass MFA Oil Company road test and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined fuel and propane within a defined local territory and complete daily routes.
• Load products at terminals and maintain terminal access credentials.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Inspect vehicles and perform pre-trip/post-trip checks; report concerns.
• Install propane and fuel systems, including site prep and equipment checks.
• Provide after-hours emergency service and participate in on-call schedules.
