Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Fuel & Propane Driver to deliver refined fuel and propane to established customers across a local territory, while performing routine service work and maintaining trucks in a safe condition. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain required CDL endorsements within 90 days.

You will operate under MFA policies, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and interact with customers to represent the company

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability and willingness to work with hazardous materials
Ability to obtain propane (CETP) certification as determined by the state(s) served
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within 90 days of employment
Must pass MFA Oil Company road test demonstrating operation of both manual and automatic transmissions

Responsibilities

Deliver refined fuel and propane to a defined local territory and complete daily routes.
Maintain terminal access to load products when applicable.
Safely operate vehicle according to MFA policies and transportation laws.
Use handheld devices to ensure accurate deliveries.
Connect hoses at customer sites and properly stow them for transport.
Identify safety, efficiency, and training needs and communicate with management.
