Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Fuel & Propane Driver to deliver refined fuels and propane to customers on defined routes and maintain truck readiness. The role includes service work such as tank set and plant maintenance, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license, and the ability to obtain required CDL endorsements within 90 days. Pre-employment screenings and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain Class A or B CDL with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within 90 days.
• Pre-employment drug screen, MVR, background check and MFA Oil road test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined fuel and propane to local customers on assigned routes.
• Safely operate vehicle according to MFA Oil Company policies and laws.
• Use handheld devices to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain truck in clean, safe condition and report issues.
• Present a professional image and knowledge of MFA Oil Company products and services.
• Complete service work such as tank set, tank painting, and plant maintenance as directed by the manager.
• Adhere to on-call, holidays, weekends, and after-hours requirements.
