Falcon Farms is seeking a Driver to join our distribution operations, delivering fresh flowers across the United States from our hub in the Southeast. This full-time role requires operating a 26-foot refrigerated box truck and maintaining professionalism with warehouse staff and customers.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers.
• Operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck.
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Driving local and regional routes.
• Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks).
• Assisting with shipping operations when needed.
