Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group, based in Shrewsbury, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver to safely deliver fresh floral products on assigned routes. You will provide professional customer service, load and unload items, and maintain vehicle and route accuracy in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities include using maps/GPS for routing, staying compliant with safety standards, and working with the warehouse team to ensure order accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional driving experience operating box trucks (16 ft or larger preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required).
• Acceptable driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively use maps, GPS, and navigation tools for route management
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to safely operate a 16 ft refrigerated box truck
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16 ft refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fresh flowers and related floral products to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and organization
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic operational readiness
• Follow assigned routes and use maps or GPS/navigation tools to optimize efficiency
• Partner with warehouse team members to ensure order accuracy
• Work efficiently in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F)
• Safely use equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
