Falcon Farms is seeking a CDL Driver for local routes out of our Arizona facility. This full-time role offers home daily schedules and no overnight travel, delivering fresh flowers across the United States.

The driver will operate a 26-foot refrigerated truck, ensure proper temperature control, and maintain professional interactions with warehouse staff and customers. We value reliability, teamwork, and dedication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license.
• Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to handle physical work including loading and unloading cargo.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers.
• Safely operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck.
• Driving local delivery routes with daily return to home base.
• Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks).
• Ensuring products are transported safely while maintaining proper temperature control.
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Assisting with warehouse or shipping operations when needed.
