Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Field Service Professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of industrial equipment at customer sites within a local radius. You’ll document activities, manage parts, and stay aligned with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Travel is limited to local markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment with preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical schematics.
• Willingness to obtain EPA 608 certification and refrigerant removal responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• 30% Administrative and Communication: document work, manage parts, stock, and report to partners.
• 10% Compliance and Safety: follow safety rules, perform inspections, and address hazards.
• 60% Repair and Maintenance: diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment mechanically and electrically.
