Job summary

Cactus Wellhead is seeking a Field Service Technician for a non-rotational, on-site role in Donora, PA. You will handle installation, testing, servicing, and repair of wellhead equipment while maintaining a strong customer relationship through timely, competent service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience, training, and certifications such as H2S, SafeLand, and DOT when driving heavy vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Customer specific required training and certifications may apply.
• Working knowledge of Wellhead products, service documentation, installation and maintenance, and field repair.

Responsibilities

• Comply with quality, safety, health, environmental requirements and company policies.
• Check equipment compatibility and inspect condition; communicate with customers.
• Install and test equipment per operating procedures.
• Service Wellhead equipment as requested by customers and perform maintenance.
• Repair Wellhead equipment as needed due to field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools; report repairs to Service Manager.
• Prepare Field Service Orders and customer-required documents accurately.
