Responsibilities

Perform field service activities including installation, testing, servicing, and repairing wellhead equipment.
Maintain customer base by performing timely and competent service work.
Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
Inspect equipment, verify compatibility, dry fit, and communicate with customers.
Install and test equipment per operating procedures.
Repair equipment as requested by customers and as needed due to field malfunctions.
Maintain service vehicle and tools/equipment; report repairs to Branch Manager.
Prepare Field Service Orders, Rental Tickets, and customer documents accurately.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service.
