Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a home daily role in Lincoln, NE, working Monday through Friday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. The driver will operate 53ft tractors, handle touch freight, and ensure safe, on‑time delivery to support daily operations.

The position requires CDL-A with at least 6 months of relevant experience, must be 21+, and MVR checks. A high school diploma and trailer experience are pluses. GXO offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Pay rates starting at $29.00 and $2.00 Shift Diff per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. Responsible for safely transporting materials between company facilities and ensuring timely, accurate movement of products and equipment to support daily operations.

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
