Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking a Route Driver responsible for representing the company while delivering and picking up freight. This on-site role in Minnesota offers overtime potential and a starting wage of $20.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to learn to operate a manual transmission.
• Customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers in a timely manner.
• Inspect and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Load the truck efficiently to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Collect payments for certain packages delivered.
• Verify contents of pickups on shipping papers.
• Notify management of problems or discrepancies.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
