Qualifications

• Valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher) is required.
• 2+ years in delivery driving or field merchandising.
• Good knowledge of Upington, Northern Cape area.
• Ability to lift and stock products up to 20 kg.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with hybrid field/office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a light commercial delivery vehicle to serve retail customers.
• Plan daily routes in Upington, Northern Cape to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload products and ensure correct quantities.
• Execute in-store merchandising: stocking shelves and displays.
• Maintain positive relationships with store staff and managers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Keep accurate delivery records and merchandising reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a light commercial delivery vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to various retail customers.
• Plan daily delivery routes within the Upington, Northern Cape region to ensure timely service.
• Load and unload products, ensuring correct quantities and product types are delivered.
• Execute in-store merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product placement meets company standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff at client locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, sales orders, and merchandising reports.

Requirements

• Valid South African driver's license (Code B or higher).
