Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Delivery Driver for a local route in New York. You\'ll safely operate a Graybar truck or van, deliver orders, and provide excellent customer service, with a typical Monday–Friday daytime schedule and home each night.

You will load/unload, use warehouse equipment, inspect the vehicle, and maintain logs. CDL is not required, but you must pass a DOT medical exam and have a valid license.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and professional communication.
• Able to meet physical requirements for warehouse work.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and possess valid state driver\'s license.
• Experience driving a van or light truck (≤ 26,000 GVWR).

Responsibilities

• Determine best routes to meet customer expectations.
• Deliver products to Graybar customers with on‑time service.
• Load and unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Inspect vehicle and maintain proper truck logs.
• Work a local route with no overnights or weekends away.
• Operate vehicle safely at all times.
