CompostNow in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Delivery Driver (Sprinter/Cargo Van) to service local residential accounts on a Monday–Friday schedule, 6 am–2 pm. You will collect compostable waste, weigh bins, and deliver to offices and restaurants as needed, returning to the warehouse nightly.

The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, can pass a background check, and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Delivery drivers must be able to maneuver large vehicles.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks on the delivery van.
• Weigh and record bin weights, and take service notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and route deliveries.
• Deliver compostable goods to residential accounts on a daily route.
• Return to the warehouse to unload at end of shift.
