Fast Track Delivery Company is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers in Roseville, Minnesota to complete local package deliveries with a focus on safety and customer service. The role includes starting pay at $23.00 per hour, a company-provided vehicle, and paid training, with no prior professional delivery experience required.

You’ll work independently on your assigned routes, supported by an operations team and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Be able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable with an active job involving driving, walking, lifting, and frequent vehicle entry and exit.
• Be capable of operating a delivery van for extended periods.
• Be willing to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions.
• Be comfortable independently managing an assigned delivery route.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout Roseville and surrounding areas.
• Sort, organize, and load packages for your assigned route.
• Use the provided delivery app and GPS navigation to locate customer addresses.
• Complete scheduled delivery stops safely and efficiently.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and established safety requirements.
• Perform required vehicle inspections before and after scheduled routes.
• Lift, carry, push, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Handle packages carefully and complete deliveries accurately.
• Respect customer property while making deliveries.
• Maintain friendly and professional interactions with customers.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations personnel when assistance is needed.
• Report route delays, delivery issues, or other operational concerns.
• Safely operate the vehicle during varying Minnesota weather and road conditions.
• Complete required end-of-route procedures.
