Job summary

Fast Track Delivery Company is seeking Delivery Drivers in Maplewood, Minnesota to join our local delivery operation. You’ll drive a company‑provided van, deliver Amazon packages, and work independently with support from dispatch and operations.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with paid training. No CDL is required and both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with vehicle provided for scheduled shifts and ongoing career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a safe driving history.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Be capable of lifting and handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable operating a delivery van for extended periods.
• Be physically able to repeatedly enter and exit the vehicle.
• Be willing to work outdoors in changing Minnesota weather conditions.
• Be able to independently manage an assigned route.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Be available for weekend shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company‑provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Organize, sort, and load packages before beginning your route.
• Complete assigned routes throughout Maplewood and nearby communities.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery technology to locate addresses.
• Complete scheduled delivery stops accurately and efficiently.
• Perform required vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
• Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Lift, carry, push, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Handle customer packages carefully and responsibly.
• Respect customer property during deliveries.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch when route assistance is needed.
• Report delays, delivery issues, or operational concerns when necessary.
• Safely operate the vehicle during changing Minnesota weather and road conditions.
• Complete required end‑of‑route procedures.
• Return undelivered packages to the station when applicable.
