Fast Track Delivery Company is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers for routes in St. Paul, Minnesota. You’ll start at the delivery station, load packages, and deliver to homes and businesses using a company-provided van.

No prior delivery experience required; training is provided and ongoing support from a local team. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits where available; a safe driving record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Safe driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions.
• Capable of working independently and managing an assigned delivery route.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Previous delivery or professional driving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout St. Paul.
• Load, sort, and organize packages for your assigned delivery route.
• Use the provided delivery app and GPS navigation to locate and complete assigned stops.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Handle customer packages carefully and complete deliveries accurately.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain communication with dispatch while completing your route.
• Contact the operations team whenever delivery or route assistance is needed.
• Complete assigned deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently.
