Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. in Kahului, Hawaii, is seeking an experienced delivery driver to support our daily routes in a cross-dock environment. You will load and unload product, verify deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and communicate with dispatch about route changes and any discrepancies.

Responsibilities include unloading from trailers, handling 1–75 lb items up to 100 lbs, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections under DOT regulations. Prior route delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent required.
• One year route delivery experience or background driving a straight truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Transport product down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions.
• Lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; stack/unstack pallets and hand carts.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; contact management for discrepancies; communicate errors/returns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and Sysco policies and procedures.
