Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Driver to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves delivering products to customers and branch locations in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required).

The pay range for Colorado varies from $18.15 to $24.96 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The driver will perform vehicle inspections, adhere to DOT regulations, load and verify orders, complete delivery paperwork, and participate in training of entry level drivers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and branch locations using a van or box truck.
• Inspect company vehicle daily and report defects.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and servicing; notify supervisor of repairs.
• Follow DOT and state driving laws.
• Load/unload materials and verify order accuracy.
• Assist with order preparation for delivery.
• Complete delivery documents and obtain customer signatures.
• Return materials and inspect condition and quantities.
• Transport material from suppliers.
• Train and mentor entry level drivers.
• May assist in counter sales, stocking, and shipping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
