Loffredo Fresh Foods in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Class B Delivery Driver for local routes out of our Milwaukee Cross Dock. We are a long-standing, family-owned food and produce distributor serving the Midwest for over 130 years.

As a Delivery Driver, you will check orders, ensure accuracy, interact with customers, and unload deliveries with a ramp and dolly. Competitive pay, benefits, and bi-weekly or daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21+ or older.
• Able to work early morning hours (2 AM – 4 AM depending on the route).
• Access to reliable and punctual transportation.
• Pass a background check (including sex offender registry).
• Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen.
• Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) and Clearinghouse full query.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders.
• Must be comfortable driving a straight truck.

Responsibilities

• SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operate vehicles at all times and follow all safety guidelines.
• Must be comfortable driving and unloading in varying weather conditions.
• Deliver and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Unload products using a ramp and hand dolly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.

Job Title: Class B Delivery Driver (Local Delivery)

Our drivers touch freight!As a Delivery Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include checking orders for accuracy, inspecting product for damage, and keeping accurate records of deliveries.

Pay: $25 per hour
