Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B) (Transportation)

Join Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. as a safety-focused Truck Driver in Marlborough, MA. Drive local routes delivering compressed gas cylinders, hard goods, and related products, following computer-generated routes to customer locations. This physically active role involves loading/unloading at client sites and engaging with customers to provide excellent service.

Pay Range: $24.17 - $35.46 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products with 10-12 stops daily, handling freight and completing paperwork
• Record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance
• Build relationships with customers to meet business and customer needs
• Continuously learn about Linde’s operations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of driving experience or recent certification from an accredited Truck Driving School
• Valid CDL A or B license
• Hazmat endorsement preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days
• No preventable accidents or violations in past 2 years
• No recent alcohol-related convictions
• Ability to pass DOT physical
• Lift and move at least 75 pounds
• English reading and writing skills
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum age 21
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and integrity
