Position Overview

• Provide speech and language assessments, individualized interventions, and ongoing therapy for elementary school students with communication disorders.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 46 students, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate progress reports, IEP documentation, and compliance with applicable special education requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate required before starting
• Experience supporting school-age students and diverse learner populations preferred
