Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice staffing assignments. This part-time night-shift position offers premium pay and flexible scheduling across hospital locations within the health system.

The program emphasizes floating across units, maintaining license credentials, and delivering high-quality patient care with collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic travel nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across locations/regions.
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality & improvement.
• Be adaptable to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
