Pay Rate: Up to $55.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time from Start to Thanksgiving Break; transition to Part-Time (10 hours/week) for the remainder of the school year.
Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year

Preferred: School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply!
Requirements: Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate required.
Assess physical motor development, functional mobility, balance, and spatial movement skills to determine student special education service needs.
Develop, implement, and manage individualized physical therapy goals as part of students' IEPs.
Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to enhance physical access, functional movement, and participation across school settings.
Manage a full workload during the initial full-time term and smoothly transition care and monitoring during the reduced part-time schedule.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and occupational therapy teams to recommend environmental modifications and assistive equipment.
Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines.
