Job summary

Resource Associates is seeking a local contract nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. This night shift is 12 hours, 36 hours per week, with a local contract arrangement.

Minimum 2 years Acute Care nursing experience with at least 1 year in L&D, and an active RN license plus CPR/BLS are required. The role offers guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and contract security within TRA’s local pool.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2 years of Acute Care nursing experience with at least 1 year in L&D.
• Current state license/registration to practice nursing; CPR-BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care to patients and their families.
• Monitor mother and fetus, administer medications, and support during active labor.
• Ensure patient safety, documentation, and coordination with physicians and staff.

Minimum education

Minimum Experience

Required Certification/Licensure

• Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported
• American Heart Association - CPR-Basic Life Support
• Other credentialing items, such as a skills checklist and health related documents, which will be specified by your Recruiter.
