Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU. Patient Ratios vary by unit. License/Certification: 1+ years of US experience as an RN; 2+ years of Med Surg or Med Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital setting. Float Pool experience highly desired. Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired. RN – Registered Nurse. BLS – Basic Life Support.
