Job Details

• Compensation: $50.79 Hourly

• Department: Computerized Tomography (CT)
• Shift timings: Late Night Shift 23:00 - 07:30, Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
2. Positioning patients appropriately for scans.
3. Performing warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong X-ray tube life.
4. Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
5. Interpreting doctors' scanning instructions accurately.
6. Administering radiocontrast agents to enhance image quality.
7. Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
8. Explaining procedures to patients and providing support and reassurance.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIH certification.
• Certified Principal Investigator (CPI).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Minimum two years of current CT Tech experience.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Tech/CT Tech program.
• Active unencumbered Radiology Tech/CT Tech license in Michigan.
• One year of Epic experience.
• ARRT Certification.

• COVID-19 vaccination with 2 shots and booster.
