Job summary

GFA Alabama, Inc. is seeking a Regional CDL Driver for full-time 1st shift with HOME DAILY and 100% NO TOUCH FREIGHT. Site: White, GA. The driver transports 53' van freight from warehouse to customer sites and earns load pay.

Requirements include 2+ years of Class A CDL driving, age 25+, clean MVR, and ability to pass a drug test. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD and life insurance. Contact Tonya DuBose for questions.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Clean MVR report.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Weekly settlement by direct deposit.

Responsibilities

Brief Description:

Drivers are responsible for transporting 53'van freight from warehouse to customer sites.

Some of the Responsibilities/Job Duties are as follows:

• Delivering van freight
• Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers.
• Following all Traffic Laws
• Reporting to Dispatcher any incidents encountered on the road
• Inspect the truck & trailer before and after the trip, and record any defects found.
• Keep the truck clean and in good working order.
• Take the required break during trips.
• Reporting any mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.

• Smart Phone
• MINIMUM of 2 years of recent driving experience with a Class A CDL
• Must be 25 years of age
