Job summary

XPO is hiring a Class B Local Truck Driver in Henderson, CO. You will operate straight trucks, load and unload freight, and deliver reliable service to customers on a flexible schedule, including day, night and weekend shifts.

The role offers competitive hourly pay between $29.41 and $32.73, full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, 13 days of PTO first year, 9 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• To be 21 years of age or older.
• Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass a DOT drug test.
• Pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily, including day/night/weekend shifts.
• Possess or obtain Federal Medical Certificate and non-exempt interstate self-certification.
• Possess or obtain hazardous materials and tank endorsements within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (26,001 lb GVWR or more).
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Operate truck under state regulations for intrastate operation.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack to load and unload freight.
