Job summary

Murphy's Waste Oil Service, a Clean Harbors company, in Mahopac, NY, is seeking a Local Class B Route Driver to join our safety‑conscious team. You will be responsible for the pickup of waste oil and antifreeze at customer locations.

This local role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with home nights, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, competitive pay ($28–$30 hourly) and benefits after 30 days. Hazmat/tanker endorsements and a Class B CDL are required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class B CDL required.
• Able to drive automatic and standard shift.
• Willing to work 10-14 hour shifts and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Previous route experience preferred.
• Ability to use a handheld device (ELD).
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Class B Tanker, making 10-15 stops per day.
• Pumps out tanks and drums using hoses; Sample collection.
• Generates new leads in the field at customer locations.
