Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc is seeking a local CDL driver for a Monday–Friday schedule with a 5:00 AM start. You will perform local, home daily deliveries within a 200‑mile radius of Nashville using a manual 26′ box truck, tailgate and hand unload at dockside locations, and earn $25 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL, at least 24 months of verifiable driving, manual transmission capability, and a clean safety record. Full benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL and be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Experience with hand unloading doors and tailgate procedures is required.
• OT after 40 hours and weekend days off are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries within a 200-mile radius of Nashville.
• Drive a 26′ box truck and touch freight at delivery sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of 24 months of recent verifiable commercial driving experience

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• No DUIs / DWIs in the past 5* years*
• No more than 3* moving violations in the past 48months*
• Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
