Optimum Staffing, Inc. is seeking a truck driver based in Harriman, TN for a full-time local role. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM, with home daily deliveries to Harriman and Knoxville and weekends off.

Earn $24/hour with OT after 40 hours and weekly pay averaging $1,000+, with full benefits in a stable, long-term role. Requires Class A CDL, 24 months driving experience, and successful DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle Touch Freight including loading, unloading, and securing trusses.
• Experience with Moffetts or forklifts preferred, or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries serving Harriman and Knoxville areas.
• Drive Tractor Trailers and related equipment.
• Handle building materials, secure trusses, and assist with yard forklift work.
• Learn to operate Moffett machinery and manage oversized load flagging.
• Full-time role with benefits and a stable schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• Must pass DOT Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check
