Job summary

N.A. Trading Company in Commerce, CA is seeking a Class B Truck Driver to safely operate 26ft box trucks on local routes delivering to restaurants.

You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, load/unload with proper lifting, maintain delivery records, provide excellent customer service, and comply with HOS and traffic laws. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required with clean driving record and minimal points
• At least 2 years of Class B box truck driving experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to drive safely and adhere to local traffic laws
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform loading/unloading
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Operate 26ft (or longer) box trucks on local routes to deliver goods
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues
• Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and secure cargo
• Maintain delivery records and complete paperwork timely
• Provide courteous customer service and address inquiries
• Follow Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and traffic laws
• Coordinate with dispatchers and customers to resolve transit issues
