Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Pineville, NC is seeking a Local Class B CDL Driver to join our team. You will operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes, delivering food products to restaurant customers with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

The role requires a current DOT medical card and at least 2 years of box truck experience in food service. You must lift 75+ lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Local Class B CDL Driver – Pineville, NC

In This Role, You'll

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is atouch-freightrole
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveriesare in compliance

What You'll Bring

• ValidClass B Driverw/current DOT medical card and at least 2+ yearsof Box Truckdriving experience infood service orbeveragedelivery.
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting

• Work 4-5 daysdepending on accountw/ 10-15 stops per day
• Must be available fornights, weekends, and holidays
• All trailers equipped withliftgates-no ramps
• Touchfreight- withrepetitive lifting75+lbs
