Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Roseville, MN is seeking a delivery driver to operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes, delivering perishable products with touch freight. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a four-day schedule and potential fifth day.

The position offers 25.34/hr pay, weekly Friday pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL and a current DOT medical card.
• At least 8 months of delivery experience.
• Must have touch freight experience.
• Able to lift 5–75+ lbs. and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong customer service and clear communication with dispatch and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with 10–15 stops per day.
• Handle packaged chicken, beef, or pork products.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• 100% touch freight with repetitve lifting of 5–75 lbs.
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs; communicate with dispatch and stores.

In This Role, You'll

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Must be able to handle packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products.
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• 100% touch freight
• Drivers average 10-15 stops per day
• Must have open availability to cover all call ins.HOME DAILY, NO LAYOVERS!!
• Schedule is four (4) days per week, with the possibility of a fifth (5th) day, 12-14 hours per day.

What You'll Bring

• A valid Class B CDL and a current DOT medical card
• At least 8 months of delivery experience preferred
• MUST have touch freight experience
• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations.

• Must have open availability.HOME DAILY, NO LAYOVERS!!
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• All trailers are equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting of 5-75 lbs.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: 25.34/hr.
• Additional pay: training, holiday, sick/personal) It is paid hourly and varies by facility.
