Job summary

Western Milling is hiring for a Night Shift truck driver on a rotating 6-on/5-on schedule with local and ro ad deliveries. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus and enjoy weekly pay plus a competitive benefits package including 401K with match and PTO.

Must have a Class A license, clean driving record, and at least 2 years of commercial truck experience. Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading, DOT log maintenance, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires clean driving record and Class A license.
• Minimum 2 years driving commercial trucks.
• Experience with PTO-driven equipment or bulk feed delivery systems.
• Experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in English for logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Transports deliveries safely in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Represents the company to external entities.
• Loads and unloads deliveries per load size and content description.
• Processes shipment documents neatly and promptly for each load.
• Maintains proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains professional appearance.
• Performs daily DOT pre-trip inspections and keeps accurate logbooks.
• Maintains vehicle and schedules routine maintenance.
• Keeps vehicle cab clean and passes on required paperwork.
• Reports accidents/damages and malfunctions to supervisor.
