Job summary

Western Milling is seeking a dependable night-shift driver in Goshen, IN. The role runs 4:00 PM–4:00 AM on a rotating 6-on/5-on schedule, with every Saturday off and alternate Sundays off.

You will transport deliveries locally or regionally, comply with DOT rules, and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. Ideal candidates have a Class A license, a clean driving record, and the ability to load/unload and document shipments accurately.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Clean driving record and Class A license required.

Responsibilities

• Transports deliveries safely in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company.
• Load/unload deliveries and complete shipment documents accurately.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports as required.
• Perform daily DOT pre-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and report larger repairs.
• Follow load sheets and communicate discrepancies to Dispatch.
