Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record.
• Experience operating tri-axle dump trucks or similar heavy trucks.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck for civil construction projects.
• Transport dirt, stone, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials.
• Haul construction equipment using trailers as needed.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment per DOT requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain proper load securement and comply with DOT regulations.
• Work safely in active construction environments around crews and heavy equipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, site cleanup, and general construction activities.
• Perform manual labor and support field crews as project needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck, trailer, and work area.
• Communicate with supervisors, foremen, project managers, and dispatch.
