Job summary

SYGMA Pennsylvania Team is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers, delivering according to invoices and company standards. Drivers work 2 to 4 routes per week with routes not exceeding 36 hours.

Earn $90,000 to $95,000 per year with paid training, top earning potential, and a brand-new fleet. Benefit options include medical, dental, and vision coverage with eligibility criteria after a short waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus one (1) year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices).
• Ensure all food safety protocols are met and maintain sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assist with warehouse/yard sanitation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through excellent and courteous service and clear communication.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
