Job summary

SYGMA Pennsylvania Team is seeking professional Delivery Drivers to safely transport products from the warehouse to customer locations, delivering on time and with accuracy. Routes are mostly long-haul oriented with dedicated scheduling and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Earners can expect substantial pay with base range of approximately $90,000 to $95,000 per year, with top earners reaching around $150,000+. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product from warehouse to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unload and place products in designated customer storage areas per standards.
• Handle damaged goods and returns; transport back to SYGMA warehouse.
• Complete all paperwork (DOT logs, inspections, invoices) accurately and promptly.
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse surroundings.
• Communicate route, trailer, loading, or product issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and reliably; interact with customers to provide courteous service.
• Work assigned schedule; overtime and unusual hours as needed.
