TJN Enterprises, Inc. in Spencer, Iowa is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for local hauls, with a home every night schedule. This full-time, Monday–Friday role comes from a family-owned company that values stability and safety.

Operate company trucks to pick up and deliver recyclable scrap metal, assist with loading, tarp and inspect loads, and perform basic maintenance. Competitive hourly pay plus company-paid life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, health insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License (manual transmission may be preferred)
• Air brake endorsement required
• Able to work in seasonal weather conditions
• Reliable, safety-focused, and physically capable of lifting heavy items and climbing trailers
• Experience with preventive maintenance or light repairs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to pick up and deliver recyclable scrap metal materials
• Assist with loading and unloading when needed
• Inspect loads and tarp trucks safely
• Perform basic maintenance and pre-trip inspections
• Complete additional duties as assigned
