Job summary
Sysco Iowa, Inc. is hiring dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route. You will build relationships with customers with a positive attitude to meet needs and expectations.
Most drivers have home nightly routes, with excellent pay and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans, plus ongoing leadership development and growth opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
- 21+ years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for interaction and reporting.
- Touch freight; may lift 40-60 lbs and up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer and safely deliver to customer locations on a route.
- Unload products and ensure accurate delivery documentation.
- Build relationships with customers through friendly, reliable service.
- Maintain route integrity and comply with safety policies.
