Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Delivery Driver for SYGMA Portland. You will transport product from the warehouse to customers, delivering and unloading per invoices and company standards. The role offers dedicated routes, 10 paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Expect evening dispatch and bi-weekly pay with strong earning potential. Drivers typically run 3–4 routes per week; average earnings start around $105,000 annually with potential to exceed $125,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License; must be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart; follow customer specs and scanning procedures.
• Complete all required paperwork (logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices) accurately and daily.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse areas; prevent cross-contamination.
• Develop good customer relationships through courteous service and clear communication.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.
