Job summary

PARR is hiring a Class A CDL driver to join our local delivery team in the Tacoma, WA area. This full-time role involves delivering building materials to residential and commercial job sites with truck-mounted forklifts.

You will start early, follow a local route, and enjoy consistent hours with overtime opportunities. You will operate flatbed trucks and forklift equipment, perform daily safety checks, and communicate with dispatch and customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older, with a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Flatbed or construction delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely and on time to customer sites.
• Operate Class A/B trucks and truck-mounted forklifts; secure loads.
• Take delivery photos and complete documentation; communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and comply with DOT and safety regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and head home daily.
